Welcome to the pie shop
In 2015, we opened our doors as Denmark’s first authentic pie shop with a simple vision of creating a home-away-from-home through the rustic world of pie. Specializing in both seasonal sweet pies and savory meat and veggie pies, everything is handmade on location in a historical 300-year old building.
We welcome customers to enjoy the cozy old-school vibes of our pie shop café, and to share our knowledge with informative Pie Baking Classes and lively Team Building Events. You can even bake our pies at home with our extensive lineup of Take & Bake items.

Create one of our favorite pies, Sassy Strawberry Rhubarb, with handmade pie crust from scratch!
What you’ll learn:
With a complete hands-on experience, you’ll learn the basics of pie dough, and how to make perfect crust. Properly rolling out dough, and assembling a pie, along with learning to make a woven crust, and tips for perfect baking.
Class features:

> After class, you’ll have a freshly baked pie to take home

> Assistance from staff and clean-up, so you can focus on the fun part!

With a complete hands-on experience, you’ll learn the basics of pie dough, how to make a blind-baked (pre-baked) crust, tart and flavorful lemon curd, and mounds of perfect meringue. Includes tips for properly rolling out dough, storing dough, easy meringue, and other pie inspiration.
